The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has opened a case against Kolomoisky's company.

benyaThe Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has opened a case regarding incomplete information provided by PJSC Ukrtatnafta. According to the AMCU, this creates obstacles to the investigation into violations of competition law.

The violations involved PJSC Ukrtatnafta, OJSC NPK-Galichina, LLC Galnafta, LLC TD Prykarpattyanaftotreyd, LLC Kotlas, LLC Poligonal, and LLC Garant-UTN. According to the agency, these entities engaged in anticompetitive, coordinated actions during auctions for the sale of crude oil and gas condensate.

The case was opened after repeated inquiries to Ukrtatnafta, which failed to provide all the information about its activities during auctions.

It's worth noting that Ukrtatnafta is effectively owned by Ihor Kolomoisky's Privat Group. It holds a controlling stake, while the state holds 43,05%. It is Ukraine's largest oil refining company, and operates the Kremenchuk Oil Refinery.
