Former adviser to President Viktor Yanukovych Andriy Portnov (Read more about it in the article Andrey Portnov: A Raider's Story) reported on Facebook that People's Front MP Tetyana Chornovol inflated her income by declaring non-existent bank deposits. This suspicion arose because she failed to provide documents confirming the existence of these funds.
“Usually such manipulations are carried out to launder illegally obtained funds from bribes and corruption.
"But I think the defendant could escape punishment. Firstly, she has a certificate, and secondly, she's from the government faction," Portnov believes.
In connection with this, the former advisor sent a letter “to the Boryspil State Fiscal Service to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine regarding coalition deputy Chornovol.”

As a reminder, immediately after the events on Maidan, Chornovol took over the NABU and always tried to maintain her image as one of the country's leading anti-corruption fighters.
