Polish "rock concert" at the funeral of Ukrzaliznytsia, or Why was it invited?

polskiy-rock-koncert-na-pohoronah-ukrzaliznici-ili-omeljanThe "presentation" of the new "Steve Jobs" took place. Perhaps not Steve or Jobs, but simply another "Fantastic Man" (hereinafter FACh) as Volodya Omelyan understands and admires. And how convinced he is! That this is a serious "support," a "lifeline" in his high-ranking position, "...in the cold ocean among sharks." But who is this "guy with a guitar" other than a good person, although that's not his profession. What we do know is that he's worked in many different capacities: as a banker, as the head of a freight transportation company within Polish Railways, a sort of "Lemtrans," "MPS," and even excelled in aviation.
Do you think I don't know who you are and why you came?

Or do you have something that is still unknown to us?

We had to roll back to move this topic forward!

In short, he's a versatile specialist—a flyer, not like ours with just one entry in their work record. Everyone's raving about his effective performance as head of Polish Railways, but that's a blatant lie. Fače never managed Polish Railways (hereinafter referred to as PKP) as a complete production complex. What he did manage was a "raisin torn from a bun," that is, during reforms based on the European model (which, incidentally, is currently highly controversial within Europe itself, particularly regarding the implementation of the fourth stage, which requires the dismantling of the holding structure of the railway system being created in Ukraine). However, "the fragmentation of the European railway system leads to serious problems with efficiency, flexibility, and reliability, as well as high operating costs. This limits the railways' ability to compete with other modes of transport and hinders the growth of private investment in this sector," says EC Transport Commissioner Siim Kallas—the so-called "freight carrier company."

What's this? When they went there, we came back! Yes, this is what became a continuation of "railway tariff bargaining" in our country. In Poland, the situation with rail transport was much worse than in Ukraine in terms of technological functioning and overall performance. The state was forced to create a similar company within the state-owned railway company as part of the proposed "vertical separation" during the reform process. Later, by agreement, an Austrian bank purchased 49%+ of this company's shares from the government; 50%+1 share is owned by the Polish treasury as part of Polish Railways PJSC 100%, which is state-owned. After this, civilized operations resumed, not for cash, without corruption, but for all revenues from freight transportation to a bank account. This is how, in fact, the surge in profitability of the Polish reforms occurred.

Regarding the composition of revenue from transportation, and the process itself, freight transportation, already profitable, was separated into a separate entity. Unburdened by the overall responsibility for the entire system, Polish Cargo began to grow, issue shares, and acquired locomotives, albeit maintained ones. Now, under this responsibility, Cargo is "snatching up" all freight transportation across Europe, leaving the states with the "honorable task" of maintaining the entire system, as well as transportation on commuter trains and trains.

Where's the money coming from increased investment in Polish Railways? And what was the investment in new locomotives? Used rolling stock, perhaps? And it won't be long before "ours" are priced out—Russian Railways will be forced to pay an exorbitant price through the "islands."

Poland's rolling stock has aged to the exact same age as the reforms, reaching 25 years. Around 30% of the tracks are unserviceable, with constant repairs and train delays. And these aren't just my thoughts—they're the findings of World Bank experts, these are statistics, and therefore, they're FACT.

This is essentially what FaChE was managing. In other words, in the initial stages of their activities, these organizations "parasitize" the system's operations, taking over its most profitable sectors. Afterwards, acquiring rolling stock, they "integrate" themselves into the railway system, becoming part of it. And all the surplus assets go to the state. Who decided to "fold" freight traffic into "Europe," handing over the lucrative revenues? But the system itself, which represents the public interest and is supported by it, functionally and financially, right down to budgetary allocations in one form or another, is forced to maintain these "suckers." These "suckers" can never grow into a fully-fledged railway. The "operators" are willing to cover the railway's current costs, while infrastructure investments will fall to the state budget. Ukraine has plenty of such entrenched "goods." What will FaChE do in this situation? We achieved this profitability long ago, and now they're trying to take it away for "others." Equal, level playing field for everyone... will they appoint the best through a competitive bidding process? And will major Ukrainian shippers agree to pay for Polish expertise? It's easier for them to ship their own cargo!!! What negotiations—perhaps persuasion—is Omelyan planning on over tariffs? Or perhaps, for starters, let's conduct an audit of the Ukrainian Steel Works (ASK) for discriminatory pricing by the newly created public joint-stock company, with corresponding fines? Hey, steelmakers, submit your resignation—we'll have a position in the negotiations.

The mentality is not the same as FaChE stated... of course it is not the same - it is difficult to understand how it is possible
Pay the salaries of around 300 train drivers to one person? US President Barack Obama's salary is approximately $400 per year, which, with bonuses and allowances, comes to $600. German Chancellor Angela Merkel earns approximately €242 per year after taxes. What's the point of this façade of a competition for appointments? The most disgusting situation is that at least five people (Shulmaster, Ostapchuk, Ostapyuk, Krivopishin, Kava...), no matter who they are or what their background, three of whom know how the system works, ended up as SHORT-STAGE AT A SHOW, wearing uniforms and wearing heroic stars.

"MPS sheep" as we used to call you, honestly, it's a shame for you!

The cynicism of the "youngsters" continued when the "winner" of the FaChE invited everyone who knew the system to work on the same team, since he didn't understand how it worked. And he's not inviting them for money, but for the idea!!! Everything is built on respect and authority, while here the cliché mantra is "we're a team, we're results-oriented, we're proud of our organization. Hello, we're amateurs, looking for talent to exploit." At the same time, he complains about the mentality of Ukrainian society, prepares a retreat, and justifies his failures. Hypocrisy and sanctimony, between the first and second, accompanied by the sounds of a saxophone and a singer during an interview with yet another newly appointed, disposable minister.

And after the operating companies "disassemble" the train drivers into these companies and pay them higher salaries, Groysman's Cabinet of Ministers will face a collapse in train service. And who will be held accountable for this? Groysman, of course, will be held accountable. And Omelyan will continue his "Wow!" move, like an experienced bureaucrat working across ministries and departments...

These crazy people took charge without knowing all the nuances. Get these "kids" out of the driving seat!!! "Boy, get away from the car!"
