District 93: Who is Oleg Boyko bothering?

According to the press service of the Kyiv regional police department, yesterday, October 22, at 21:15 p.m., candidate for people's deputy Oleh Boyko called the duty station (Kagarlyk district police department).

He reported that unknown individuals beat him and damaged the car in which he was driving on the Kyiv-Znamenka road.

The task force that arrived on the scene discovered that Oleh Boyko's car had been blocked on both sides by two unknown dark-colored vehicles. This occurred as the candidate was heading toward Kyiv. Subsequently, the two men (one wearing a balaclava) smashed Boyko's windshield with a brick. They then punched him in the face several times, threatening him with a gun and demanding that he withdraw from the election.
A criminal case has been opened on this fact under Part 3 of Article 157 (obstruction of the exercise of electoral rights or the right to participate in a referendum, the work of an electoral commission or referendum commission, or the activities of an official observer) and Part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.
Let us remind you that Boyko is running as an independent candidate in the majoritarian district No. 93 (center - Myronivka, Kyiv region).
It should also be noted that one of the strongest competitors in the district is businessman and current MP Oleksandr Onishchenko.

It's telling that not a single member of the precinct election commission has been nominated by the Petro Poroshenko Bloc or the UDAR party. And the Petro Poroshenko Bloc itself has no official candidate.

Moreover, in a strange way The Central Election Commission registered former Party of Regions member Onishchenko., while the candidate fails to meet the requirement of permanent residence in Ukraine, as stipulated by election law. Even the courts failed to correct this injustice and blatant violation of the law.
