Boryspil Airport may be headed by a Ukrzaliznytsia representative, according to media reports.

The state-owned enterprise Boryspil International Airport, the country's largest airport, may be headed by Ukrzaliznytsia representative Yevhen Dykhne.

An informed source reported this to the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
He also added that Dykhne had previously worked for Lviv Airlines.
As reported with reference to the company's press service, the general director of Boryspil Airport, Sergei Gombolevsky, appointed to this position on March 31, 2014, decided on Thursday to terminate his employment contract early.
Earlier, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk on Thursday instructed Infrastructure Minister Maksym Burbak (Read more about it in the article Maksym Burbak: How Chernivtsi residents sat on Donetsk's "golden toilet") to determine the suitability of the position of the head of Boryspil Airport.
Recently, media reports have emerged of alleged violations by airport management related to the operation of taxi services.
The airport's press release on Thursday, citing taxi market experts, noted that airport management ensured transparency in the taxi rental tender process and complied with laws protecting the rights of the state, passengers, and carriers.
The press service also noted that the panel of the Kyiv Regional Territorial Office of the Antimonopoly Committee found no violations in the procedure for conducting the competition or admitting applicants to participate in the competition.
The airport attributes the current situation to pressure on management in the interests of certain business groups.
