The practice of distributing funds among private entities using the ProZorro public procurement tender system continues unabated: the scheme has become so entrenched that it is used practically openly—everything is perfectly legal on paper. This was confirmed by Boryspil Airport employees, who on January 22 signed a contract with TD Ltd. for the provision of catering services for passengers in business and VIP lounges, worth a total of UAH 64,80 million. The ProZorro system notes that the calculation was based on the assumption that Boryspil International Airport would accommodate 290,000 international and domestic passengers.
Business visitors are expected to be served meals at a cost of 179 hryvnias per person, while VIP meals are projected at 185 hryvnias (for 70,000 visitors). This price includes sweets, fruit, light snacks, breakfasts and lunches, alcoholic and other beverages (tea, coffee, juices). This isn't the first such collaboration: catering orders from T&D Ltd are systematic, and Ukrklinservis is present at the auction to ensure the appearance of legitimacy. It's noteworthy that the owners of these companies, as well as Trino, Volodymyr Leshchinsky, and Lyudmila Prokudina, are partners whose business dealings regularly intersect, suggesting a possible "fixed deal" for internal fund distribution.
