Boryspil Airport ordered services from a company linked to Fursin and implicated in a scandal.

BorispolOn July 22, 2016, the State Enterprise Boryspil International Airport signed an agreement for cleaning services with Invite LLC, a company associated with Ivan Fursin. The company will provide its services for UAH 6,681 million per year. This was reported in the Public Procurement Bulletin, the publication reports. Kyiv authorities.

Invite LLC was registered in 2011 at 38/58-B Kirovogradskaya Street, Office 17, Kyiv. The company's co-owners are Alexey Kharko, Vitaliy Bailov, and spouses Sergey and Sofia Morozov.

Kyiv authorities report that, according to their information, the Morozovs are business partners of Vladislav Tynny in their company, IVT Investments LLC. Tynny is also known to be a partner of Ivan Fursin in their company, First Shoe Factory Kyiv LLC.

Invite LLC wins a tender from Boryspil Airport for the first time. It's also the first time the state-owned enterprise has awarded such a large amount of landscaping services. Invite LLC provides comprehensive maintenance services for premises and grounds. Its services include professional cleaning services and landscape design.

Invite LLC was previously implicated in a corruption scandal. The company was a contractor for the Khozkomuslugiye municipal enterprise, which maintained buildings at 36 Khreshchatyk Street. However, the contract was terminated at the instigation of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), following the discovery of a number of violations during the tender process.

Another interesting fact is that Invite LLC's competitors in the tender were familiar companies: Santaun LLC, Impel Griffin Group LLC, Ukrainian Service Center LLC, and Chisty Mir Fasilykom LLC. These companies regularly compete against each other in tenders for Boryspil Airport.
