Oleksandr Zhovtonog, prosecutor of the Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office for the Western Region, and his wife, Tatyana Zhovtonog, head of the classified department of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police's Volyn Oblast Strategic Investigations Department, were present during the full-scale invasion, 190.today reports.

In total, the spouses declare 5 real estate properties:

  • A plot of land (20,000 sq. m) in the village of Mekhedovka, Cherkasy region - the property of Alexander Zhovtonog, acquired in 2019. The price is not specified;
  • A plot of land (1,200 square meters) in the village of Pulmo, Volyn Oblast, owned by Oleksandr Zhovtonoh, acquired in 2020. The price was not specified. Currently, 12 acres of land in the village of Pulmo, located in the Shatsky Lakes region, are worth over half a million hryvnias;
  • An apartment (66,3 sq. m) in Lutsk is owned by Tatyana Zhovtonog, acquired in 2023. The price is 729 thousand UAH, which may be an underestimate;
  • An apartment (80,9 sq. m) in Lutsk is the property of Oleksandr Zhovtonog, acquired in 2023. The prosecutor purchased this apartment on credit, the cost of the property is 2,1 million UAH;
  • Non-residential premises (5,4 sq. m) in Lutsk – property of Oleksandr Zhovtonog, acquired in 2023. Price: 48 thousand UAH.

The couple shares a single car—a 2024 KIA SPORTAGE, registered to Tatyana Zhovtonog. The official purchased the car on credit last year, 2025, for 1,2 million hryvnias. Her husband, prosecutor Oleksandr Zhovtonog, uses the vehicle free of charge.

Last year, Alexander Zhovtonog received:

  • more than 1 million UAH in salary at the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Sphere of Defense of the Western Region;
  • 293 thousand UAH pension;
  • 23 thousand UAH in social payments;
  • 12 UAH in income from leasing property. The prosecutor leases his land plot in the village of Mekhedovka, Cherkasy Oblast, to citizen Sergey Antonovich Popravka, owner of the POPRAVKA-VELES farm (38270350) in Mekhedovka;
  • 2 thousand UAH under the Winter Support program (probably 1 thousand UAH each for myself and my minor son Yaroslav).

Tetyana Zhovtonog received a salary of UAH 586 from the National Police's Department of Strategic Investigations and UAH 1 as part of the "Winter E-support" program.

Oleksandr and Tatyana Zhovtonog each declared $3,000 in cash savings, totaling approximately 270,000 hryvnias. However, they fail to declare the funds held in their six bank accounts at different banks.
