Alla Zharinova
Alla Zharinova has been appointed the new head of the State Service for Intellectual Property, replacing the lustrated Nikolai Kovin.
According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1074-r dated November 5, Alla Zharinova was appointed Chairperson of the State Service for Intellectual Property.
According to the Ukrainian law "On the Purification of Government," Mykola Kovinya was eligible for dismissal from his positions under the Ukrainian law "On the Purification of Government." However, before this law came into effect, he submitted a letter of resignation.

In 1980 she graduated from the Kirovograd Institute of Agricultural Engineering;
in 2002 – Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Training of Personnel at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” in the specialty “Intellectual Property” with the qualification of intellectual property manager;
In 2007, she graduated from the Odessa National Law Academy with a degree in Jurisprudence.
From 1980 to 1993, she held engineering positions at the Design and Technical Bureau of the Kirovograd Radio Equipment Plant and worked as a research fellow and teacher at the Kirovograd Institute of Agricultural Engineering.
In 1993-1999 – director of the production and testing enterprise “Info” in Kirovograd.
Since the end of 1999, he has been Deputy Director of the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific, Technical and Economic Information, and since August 2000, First Deputy Director of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property”.
Since February 2001, she was appointed director of the Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property.
