According to the ruling of the Kyiv Commercial Court dated February 2, the state-owned enterprise "Directorate for the Construction of Euro 2012 Facilities in Lviv" will pay Altis-Holding 42,90 million UAH in principal debt, as well as 11 million 290 thousand UAH in penalties.
In particular, it is known that in March 2010, Altis-Holding Corporation carried out construction and installation work on the new air terminal of Lviv International Airport. The corporation completed the work in full, as confirmed by the facility's readiness certificate dated December 19, 2012. The cost of the work amounted to UAH 1,747 billion. The state-owned enterprise paid only UAH 1,704 billion. Thus, the court recovered UAH 42,90 million in debt from the Directorate for the Construction of Facilities for Euro 2012 in Lviv to the corporation due to overdue payment. The court also ordered the state-owned enterprise to pay Altis-Holding UAH 8,86 million in inflation losses and UAH 2,43 million in 3% per annum interest.
As a reminder, Altis-Holding was awarded the contract to build a new airport terminal in Lviv in 2009. In 2011, the Cabinet of Ministers doubled the estimated cost of the Lviv airport project to UAH 14,2 billion. The price subsequently increased further. In total, between 2009 and 2013, the company won state contracts worth UAH 2,32 billion. Altis-Holding Corporation unites 17 companies and is controlled by Oleksandr Glimbovskyi.
