The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has imposed a fine of 4,7 billion hryvnias on Kolomoisky's network of gas stations.

On March 30, 2021, at a meeting, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) decided to impose a fine of 4,7 billion hryvnias on the largest oil producing company Ukrnafta, the Ukrtatnafta company (Kremenchuk Oil Refinery, Poltava Oblast) and a number of operators of gas station networks for selling petroleum products under agreed anti-competitive conditions, as reported on Online AMCU

"The AMCU, as part of its investigation into case No. 143-26.13./153-16 (the case was initiated in 2016), recognized the actions of Avias Production and Trading Company LLC, Avias Trading House LLC, Prom Garant Plus LLC, Alliance Evolution LLC, Ukrtatnafta PJSC, and 169 petrol station operators (including Ukrnafta) in setting prices for light petroleum products as anticompetitive concerted actions," the statement reads.
