On April 29, 2021, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted permission to an individual to acquire shares of Bank Sich, which provides for more than 50% of the votes in the financial institution's highest governing body. Finbalance.

The individual's name is not disclosed, but it is known that he is a Ukrainian citizen.

According to the NBU, as of January 1, 2021, the shareholders of Bank Sich were Oleg Balanda (55,6%), Valeriy Razdorozhny (31%), Andriy Melnyk (9,6%), and Oleg Gubanov (3,7%).
