The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has given permission to the Cypriot company Paramigiani Management to acquire more than 50% of the shares of Brancroft Enterprises, which owns Credit-Dnepr Bank.

The Cypriot company is owned by Ukrainian businessman Viktor Pinchuk. In July, he submitted documents to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) seeking control of the bank. Once the NBU makes its decision, 100% of the indirect stake in the bank will be transferred to Paramigiani Management Limited. It's worth noting that Pinchuk directly owns 99% of the shares in this company and indirectly owns 1%.

It should also be noted that as of July 1, Credit-Dnepr Bank ranked 24th in terms of authorized capital among 127 Ukrainian banks.
