On April 3, Andrey Rodionov, CEO of JSC Production Association Konti (Donetsk region), was dismissed due to the expiration of his contract. According to the company's press service, Tatyana Kozoderova has been appointed acting CEO of JSC PO Konti. Kozoderova previously served as the company's CFO.
It is known that Andrey Rodionov headed the Konti production association since April 2013. Prior to that, he was a senior executive at the Tsaritsyno group of companies (Russia), which deals with meat products.
As a reminder, the Konti Group was founded in 1997 and comprises Konti Production Association, which unites three confectionery factories in the Donetsk, Konstantinovka, and Horlivka regions, and KONTI-Rus CJSC (Russia). The group's main brands are Bon Jour, Super-KONTIk, Belissimo, Melodika, Mamulin Tort, BisKonti, Jack, KONTITofita, Zolotaya Liliya, and Amour (Dolci and Carre chocolates, Esfero candies). The main owner of Konti is former Party of Regions member Boris Kolesnikov, who, together with his wife, controls 50% of the shares.
