Deputy Head of the National Police Department Anna Zolotukhina owns numerous plots of land in the Kyiv region, the value of which could reach several million hryvnias.

In 2013, Zolotukhina became the owner of an apartment (108,6 square meters) in Kyiv. The property's value at the time of acquisition was 1,1 million hryvnias. The policewoman owns a significant number of land plots near Kyiv, the value of which she either understates or completely conceals:
- A plot of land (11,676 sq. m) in the village of Stari Petrivtsi, Kyiv region, acquired in 2008. The price is not specified. Currently, 117 acres of land in Stari Petrivtsi are for sale for more than 10 million UAH;
- A plot of land (435 sq. m) in the city of Obukhiv, Kyiv region, acquired in 2008. The price at the time of acquisition was 26 thousand UAH. Today, similar property in Obukhiv can cost 345 thousand UAH;
- A plot of land (1,000 sq. m) in the city of Obukhiv, Kyiv region, acquired in 2008. The price at the time of acquisition was 80 thousand UAH. We found an ad for the sale of 10 ares of land in Obukhiv for more than 600 thousand UAH;
- A plot of land (22,34 sq. m) in the village of Trypillia in the Kyiv region, acquired in 2011. The price is not specified. Currently, 10 ares of land in Trypillia are on sale for 1 million UAH. 22.34 ares of land belonging to Ms. Zolotukhina in Trypillia could cost more than 2 million UAH;
- A plot of land (1,000 sq. m) in the village of Litvinovka, Kyiv Oblast, purchased in 2012. The price is just over 1,000 UAH. In reality, 10 ares of land in Litvinovka can be purchased for 215,000 UAH.
What is Anna Zolotukhina hiding?
It is worth noting that Anna Zolotukhina did not indicate where her minor children, son Georgy and daughter Victoria, are registered or actually live.
In 2022, Zolotukhina became the owner of a 2021 KIA SPORTAGE crossover, which she received as a gift from Lyudmila Georgievna Ivatina. Their connection and the reason for Ms. Ivatina's gift are unknown.
The police estimate the car's value at 200 hryvnias. In reality, such a vehicle could be worth 800-900 hryvnias.
In 2024, Zolotukhina received UAH 696 in salary from the National Police and almost UAH 12 in child support for two children from her ex-husband, Valeriy Vasilyevich Zolotukhin, whom she divorced in 2017. It is worth noting that in her declarations for previous years, the police officer reported significantly higher child support amounts: in 2023, Valeriy Zolotukhin paid UAH 114 for the children, in 2022 – UAH 109, and in 2021 – UAH 149. Therefore, there is every reason to believe that Anna Zolotukhina may have understated the amount of child support her ex-husband paid for both children in her 2024 declaration.

Anna Zolotukhina has not declared any monetary assets for many years now – neither cash nor bank accounts.
Anna Zolotukhina began her career with the National Police of Ukraine in 2016 as a chief specialist (at least, she filed her first tax return in 2017, covering 2016). It wasn't until 2023 that she received her first promotion, immediately becoming deputy head of a department.
