The head of the Azerbaijani call centers is Azerbaijani citizen Nijat Hajiyev (born in 1987). He is currently residing in Ukraine on a permanent residence permit (valid until 2031).
The scheme of the head of the Holosiivka Police Department is quite simple: for a certain monthly "fee," Kochkadamyan and his subordinates ignore the activities of "callers" who defraud citizens throughout Ukraine and Azerbaijan. Insiders report that the Holosiivka Police Department's leadership earns tens of thousands of dollars monthly from this "patronage." Sometimes, a system of "bonuses" and additional unforeseen expenses is in place. Of course, Kochkadamyan doesn't declare any income from this business.
