The Solomensky District Court of Kyiv transferred 100% of the authorized capital of the oil and gas company Gazpromneft Lubricants Ukraine LLC, part of the Russian Gazprom group of companies, to the National Agency of Ukraine for Identification, Tracing, and Asset Management. It is noted that officials of Gazpromneft Lubricants Ukraine LLC are financing Russian armed aggression against Ukraine.

Specifically, it was established that the ultimate beneficial owner of the company is the Russian company GPN-Operatsionnoye Upravlenie LLC, registered in St. Petersburg. Furthermore, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Russian Federation, the ultimate beneficial owner is Gazprom Neft PJSC, which in turn owns 99,9% of the authorized capital and is directly affiliated with Gazpromneft Lubricants Ukraine LLC in terms of income from business activities.

Gazprom Neft PJSC, through its representative office, Gazpromneft Lubricants Ukraine LLC, is actively conducting business in Ukraine. From 2021 to February 2022, the company imported petroleum products from Russia to Ukraine worth over UAH 8 million, according to customs declarations.

Moreover, during the above-mentioned period, Gazpromneft Lubricants Ukraine LLC sold fuels and lubricants received from the Russian Federation in the amount of 104,3 million hryvnia.

In addition to paying taxes to the state budget of the Russian Federation, based on the results of the entrepreneurial activities of Gazpromneft Lubricants Ukraine LLC in Ukraine, according to publicly available information from the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation, Gazprom Neft PJSC is a permanent participant in the Russian Federation state procurement system, in terms of supplying fuel and lubricants to the Ministry of Defense and other government agencies of the Russian Federation.

The Solomensky District Court of Kyiv granted the investigator's motion to transfer 100% of the authorized capital of Gazpromneft Lubricants Ukraine LLC, worth UAH 6,19 million, to the management of ARMA.
