Corruption in the gas sector of Ukraine is a serious phenomenon. The scheme, proven by fate, follows a simple principle: buy “cheap” gas from the country, then sell industrial production to the population at market prices, manipulating the volume of gas. The retail price dropped to five hryvnias per cubic meter, and to millions of dollars for uncontrolled cooking.

So, Kompan “miraculously” canceled a mega-week contract to supply 6 billion cubic meters of gas to the population. Nervous minds are nothing more than a little bit. The government did not transfer restrictions on gas sales to Nalivo. Tsim and quickly walked away. Just in the first month, YE Energy sold 20% of the field gas to the industry.
After widespread outcry, the “shop” was closed. At the same time, Naftogaz conducted an investigation and found that the Company’s name could have cost the state 110 billion hryvnia! The pressures got heated. The lover of “brutal” schemes managed to bypass the innovations and then “shake” the treasury. Around the end of the month, “YE Energy” acquired a suspected rich supply of gas. To reconcile old contracts that Vitrenko canceled. Since YE Energy previously planned to buy 350 million cubic meters of gas, after signing the new property, the company’s appetite grew sharply. As much as 140 million cubic meters, perhaps, through abnormally low temperatures.
How did the state react? Nyak. It is practically impossible to verify how much gas the population actually lived during this period. The system of the table is closed, which is supplied to the state by the gas bottle itself, in this case “YE Energy”. Until then, no one knows for sure who really needs the gas. So the powers are no longer able to take their word for it. It’s hard to guess where the 140 million cubic meters will go. The main statistics of Kompana’s homeland are teasing that the proceeds were wasted at the “needed” hands.
It’s possible to completely avoid the surroundings, and, perhaps, to carefully consider the plan. Well, it’s definitely a fact that the nickname Kompan often appears in multi-billion-dollar gas equipment.
Before our editorial office, we have lost the ship’s documents on the “gas law”, which is being investigated by the SBU. I say “YE Energy” again, and I repeat the beats. This time we have 2,3 billion hryvnias. From 2016 to 2019, YE Energy did business with the Ugric and Austrian “subsidiaries” of the Russian Gazprom. Regional gas companies transferred billions of hryvnia to "YE Energy" (then called "RGK-trading") for the purchase of gas for the needs of VTV (Virobnicho-technological vitrates). The advance payment was withheld and that was all. The money was lost in the world, or rather, lost in the warehouses of these very subsidiaries of Gazprom.
With their help, the oblasts, which did not take away the burning heat, presented claims for compensation to the sovereign Ukrtransgaz.

The company is serviced by the bankrupt bank "Alliance", for the sake of which the fortunes are successfully stolen and recovered - writes the European edition of the Luxembourg Herald. Then it becomes clear that the Borg will write off. So, in 2021, the Verkhovna Rada spent 55 billion hryvnias on RGK and “YE Energy”, as they work with the association. This is already written off for 10 rubles. It looks like it won’t stay. According to the information from our staff at the center of “YE Energy”, the offending companies have once again crawled into the borg pit. They did so well that they ended up losing 20 billion hryvnias per river.
What are the interests of Artem Kompan? It’s clear that it’s clearly not in the national ones. So, perhaps, this is the position of the main shareholder - oligarch Firtash? I'm also a mistake.

At first glance, not much. So, if the losses are on a regional scale, the hidden sums of withdrawals can amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars per month.
Why are there two logical points to blame: why is Firtash aware of the running of his business and why is his top management so impudent, not afraid to get their hands on the wrong side of the business? Our spivozmovnik explained that there are actually two reasons.
After being convicted of criminal charges at the Land Court, the oligarch is facing extradition to the United States. It also seems that the businessman now cares more about the nourishment of his freedom than about the right in Batkivshchyna. Another reason is the proximity of nationalization to the oligarch’s gas business. Although at first it seemed impossible, Vitrenko, the head of Naftogaz, openly declares that the oblasts will be transferred to the management of the company. At the hour when the oligarch spends his income, top management does not intend to spend income. To lose control of Naftogaz is now not the only goal of the “old-time gas workers.” Although there are no vacancies, no open competition yet, there are no official ones yet, but there is no shortage of people who want them. One of the favorites among the candidates, according to the words of our supporter, is that very lover of empty clothes Artem Kompan. By hook or by crook, we are trying to lose money from the mega-profit sector: we want to share with the Banking system secrets and incriminating evidence on other candidates and our bureaucrat Firtash.
If the plan is not completed, the Company will not give in to the loss of kerma, our insider informed, - will succumb to gas blackmail of the state through the way of ship tugging. An army of lawyers from RGK and “Ye Energiya” are already working on the summons to trial in order to avoid the arrest of regional gas companies or to delay the process. If necessary, the possibility is this: gas service servers with all software security and gas balances, finances, IT security, so that those without which the gas transportation system cannot function are under control no one else, like RGK and “YE Energy”. In fact, the Kompaniya docks and the team do not “bless” nationalization, the control of regional gas companies can only be achieved on paper. On the spot and rozrakhunok.
