Journalist Volodymyr Boyko reported on his Facebook page that Artem Pshonka, the son of the former Prosecutor General, and Yuriy Marchenko, the former Deputy Prosecutor of the Khmelnytsky Oblast, are attempting a hostile takeover of land in the Pervomaysky district of the Mykolaiv Oblast. According to the journalist, this land belongs to the Kornatsky family, the Kornatsky Agrofirm. Boyko also notes that the younger Pshonka made a similar attempt in June 2013.

Vitaly Goncharov, head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Ministry of Internal Affairs, is assisting Artem Pshonka in illegally seizing land. Furthermore, a certain "Multik," close to the head of the local regional administration, Vadim Merikov, is involved in the raid. He is the one who led approximately 600 armed militants onto the fields.
“As they were informed at the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Mykolayiv region, following Goncharov’s order on the sixth morning, on the 9th of April, the fighters of “Multik” will stand along the perimeter of the field, and the intercessor of the head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Mykolayiv region Valeriy Koba will bring harvesters to the fields, hired by Marchenko, to collect someone else’s crops. “At the same time, the patrol battalion of the Mykolaiv police service, which is assigned to Kobe’s order, is guilty of harassing the villagers if they decide to repair the operation,” the journalist writes.

According to recent information from Volodymyr Boyko, Gennady Buts, the prosecutor of the Pervomaysky District, visited the Kornatsky family's agricultural firm on September 9. The official, along with the police, blocked the tractor brigade and demanded that the Kornatsky family voluntarily sign an agreement to transfer 1500 hectares of land to Partner-Agro. This firm is registered to the father of Mykola Marchenko, the former deputy prosecutor of the Khmelnytsky region. In fact, it belongs to Artem Pshonka.

“It is clear that with a powerful initiative, Prosecutor Buts decided to block the gate - obviously, having rejected the order from the prosecutor’s office of the Mykolayiv region, and the raider hoarding of land led to the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine,” believes Boyko.
