"Was that even possible?" ask Ukrainian manufacturers, relying on budget funds and sweating their way through government contracts. If it were done through Ator Group Ltd., it would work!
Yaroslav Grishin
The example of General Cherry, its owner Yaroslav Grishin, who sits under the protection of former Defense Minister Mikhail Fyodorov, former Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, and the head of the Defense Procurement Agency, Arsen Zhumadilov, showed that it is possible!
Mishka Fedorov has sunk into oblivion, Arsenchik Zhumadilov is experiencing severe pressure on his testicles, Rustemchik awaits his ceremonial exile to the USA...
But Yarik Grishin is rushing around trying to sell his drones to someone, at least. With a good kickback, of course.
At the same time, Yarik complains to Google according to the law. DMCA on all the websites that talk about it. Including Skelet.Org.
Well, let's review the material that keeps Yarik Grishin awake:
Ukrainian General Cherry drones are being sold abroad through the British firm Ator Group Ltd.

Combat drones under the "General Cherry" brand, which sparked a scandal during tenders for Defense Ministry enterprises, are now available for purchase abroad.
It turns out that General Cherry combat drones can be purchased abroad, despite the fact that exports of such products from Ukraine are prohibited. British company Ator Group Ltd offers customers the entire range of products from the line of this brand General Cherry: from 985 to 26,4 thousand pounds sterling.

Ator Group Ltd was registered in London in September 2023 by Viktor Dovgan, a former deputy minister of infrastructure in Ukraine. He is the husband of Natalia Nikolskaya, executive director of Diia.City United.
In November 2023, Viktor Dovgan transferred the powers of director and sole beneficiary of the company to Oleg Gavrish (born 1959). Officially, the company has one employee, but significant financial performance.

The company was previously registered to a Polish citizen, Grzegorz Moszczynski, but he passed away. This is the owner. ATOR Polska.

His son, Oleg Gavrish Jr., was working as the chief PR consultant for government agencies at the time. He currently lists himself as deputy editor of NV Business and host of the weekly business program "First Page."

Also implicated in the case are US citizen Alexander Levin and Ukrainian Fedor Misuragin, a former journalist who left to study in London and never returned. They both served as company directors for short periods. The latter even ran for a seat on the Kyiv City Council in 2020 as a candidate for the Opposition Platform – For Life party.

The official manufacturer of the General Chereshnya UAV is the Unmanned Systems Research Center LLC. They do not have a license to export drones abroad.
Yaroslav Grishin himself is the founder of the Center for Unmanned Systems Research LLC. He owns a law firm of the same name in Kyiv, was previously a member of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, and served as an assistant to MP Bohdan Yaremenko from the Servant of the People party. He is also known as a lawyer who served the interests of the Artashi organized crime group for many years.
What's wrong with the General Cherry drones?
Director of Strategic Communications of the company Rudolph Hakopyan, who is also the vice president of the Union of Armenians of the Zaporizhzhia region and a member of the Artashi organized crime group, tried to get into the Public Anti-Corruption Council under the Ministry of Defense last fall.
