Businessman and owner of the investment fund FTBN Wealth Management, Denis Oleynikov, has gone bankrupt, leaving investors without funds, according to AIN.UA.
Denis Oleynikov is known for releasing T-shirts with the controversial slogan, "Thank you to the residents of Donbas..." After their release, he was forced to flee Ukraine. He subsequently ran a business in Croatia.
On January 17, 2015, it was announced that the FTBN Wealth Management investment fund and the OPAYZ service were ceasing operations due to bankruptcy. Oleynikov's company refused to fulfill its obligations, and the businessman himself deleted his social media accounts and stopped responding to emails, phone calls, or otherwise communicating with his investors.
FTBN Wealth Management provided advice and helped ordinary people move their money into stocks of Facebook, Apple, Google, Amazon.com, and others.
In the fall of 2011, the ProstoPrint website, which was supported by FTBN Wealth Management, began selling T-shirts with the controversial and offensive slogan "Thank you to the people of Donbas..." toward then-President Viktor Yanukovych. This led to a series of searches at Oleynikov's company, and the businessman himself was threatened with arrest. After fleeing to Croatia, Oleynikov received political asylum.
