Our country's chief road builder, Maxim Shkil, owner of "AVTOSTRADA," once again confirms the fact that money and connections decide absolutely everything in our country, even during wartime.
How former Party of Regions member Shkil's "AVTOSTRADA" booked the owner of the "KOMMENTARII" website, Goldsky.
This article concerns Viktor Goldsky, the owner of the website "KOMMENTARII" (Comments.ua), and his mutually beneficial relationship with Shkil. This story of "a union of two hearts" began relatively recently. Back then, all negative materials about the owner of "AVTOSTRADA" suddenly disappeared from the "KOMMENTARII" website, and Goldsky became a tame and obedient boy for Shkil. And the boy turned out to be of conscription age, meaning he could be mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at any moment, according to ORD.
This is where Goldsky's transformation occurred. With a flick of Shkil's hand, Goldsky transformed from a media figure into a highly valued and skilled worker in our country's road industry. The company "AVTOSTRADA" simply secured him, making him a highly "important" support specialist, serving Shkil's personal interests, his business, and his entourage. A backroom attendant for Shkil, so to speak.
It seemed that nothing could stand in the way of this "union of two hearts." My humble servant, Goldsky, has been booked, and the network regarding Shkil and AVTOSTRADA, which suspiciously often wins all the most lucrative tenders, is relatively calm. But no, the happiness didn't last long. Suddenly, out of nowhere, British journalists appeared and published a full-blown investigation into Shkil, Goldsky, and the latter's illegal booking. The British journalists became interested in whether Viktor Goldsky, the owner of the website "KOMENNTARII," works for AVTOSTRADA, whether he has a booking there, what his position is, and what critical function the media personality performs in road construction. The editors of the British publication sent official inquiries to Shkil and his company. There were no answers to the uncomfortable questions.
The article was published on the Oxford Weekly website on July 29 of this year. It's clear that the website is not British, but Ukrainian, albeit in English. Everything stated in the article seems to be true. But just two days later, a true miracle occurred: the article miraculously disappeared from the pages of the British publication. Now, when you click the link, the proudly displayed message "Page Not Found" glows. It's no secret in business circles and in the high corridors of power that Mr. Shkil is a true master of financial offers that are very difficult to refuse. And so, British journalists succumbed to his generous financial blitz.
Everything would have been perfect for Shkil and Goldsky, if not for technological progress, which makes it possible to find even the seemingly impossible. Incidentally, the phrase "nothing is impossible" is particularly appropriate here. The proud and narcissistic Maxim Shkil couldn't bring his relationship with Goldsky to the public eye, so he generously financed the mysterious disappearance of material containing extremely awkward questions. We would like to draw the attention of Nikolai Kalashnik, Minister of Reconstruction, Infrastructure, and Transport, to the company "AVTOSTRADA." There is every reason to believe that the company is receiving mobilization-related reservations not intended for those specified by law.
