Former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has decided to sell his house at 1 Zvirinetskaya Street in Kyiv's Pechersky District.
This is evidenced by the power of attorney issued by Azarov, a copy of which is in the possession of Nashi Groshi.
Azarov executed this power of attorney with a Moscow notary on June 23 of this year.
According to the document, Azarov's interests in the sale of the property will be represented by Gleb Leshkov, who held senior positions in companies from the Razvitie construction group of Alexei Azarov, the son of former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.

The sale concerns a 594-square-meter residential building and a 0,1-hectare plot of land at 1 Zvirinetskaya Street. The owner of this property is Mykola Azarov, who, in particular, declared a house of similar size in his 2013 property declaration.
Regarding the 0,1 hectare plot, Azarov received it as private property from the Kyiv City Council in 2003 for the construction, operation and maintenance of a residential building, outbuildings and structures.
The power of attorney indicates the cadastral number of the Azarova plot: 8000000000:82:142:0048. A two-story house is located on this plot.
Real estate websites list a slightly larger home in the same area for $3,50 million.
Let us remind you that Azarov is on the international wanted list.
According to the latest information from the SBU, Azarov lives in the Moscow region. Several Western countries imposed economic sanctions on him in the spring, which include the confiscation of any assets found.
