An oil extraction plant in Chuguev, Kharkiv Oblast, is being seized by unknown individuals, presumably people associated with Rinat Akhmetov's FUIB bank. This information was disseminated by the management of Eximagrokom LLC.
It is noted that the likelihood of a corporate raid is linked to the fact that unknown individuals are attempting to gain entry to the enterprise.
Eksimgrokom LLC's head of legal services, Edward Danilov, noted that on September 15, a group of men in black uniforms attempted to enter the oil extraction plant. These individuals then drove around the plant's perimeter in a car with Zaporizhzhia license plates and the inscription of the Sheriff security firm, apparently assessing the plant's security system. It is also known that the children's camp located next to the plant is fully booked with athletes from September 18-20.
Previously, Eximagrocom LLC had repeatedly attempted to seize Rinat Akhmetov's FUIB bank. The financial institution lobbied in court to espouse the interests of fictitious guarantors and attempted to transfer the case to a more "loyal" court. Therefore, Eximagrocom LLC's management suspects that the planned corporate raid is being planned by Akhmetov's financial institution.
In turn, Eximagrokom LLC Director Sergei Golub noted that his company is not abandoning its obligations to repay a 36 million hryvnia debt to FUIB Bank and that law enforcement agencies have been notified of the planned seizure of the oil extraction plant.
