It was reported that Oleg Strinzha, former deputy head of Renaissance Capital Bank, was appointed head of the financial control department on March 26, 2015. Renaissance Capital Bank was known to have been part of Rinat Akhmetov's SCM. On March 16, 2015, the legal merger of the bank with the businessman's main financial institution, FUIB Bank, was completed.
In his new position, Akhmetov's former banker will oversee the organization and support of cost management processes, the formation of costs by type of activity, and the methodological support of financial and economic transactions in automated systems, as well as the organization of the regulator's budgeting process.

Oleg Strinzha was born on April 7, 1972.
In 1994, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

From 2007 to 2013 - Director of the Financial Department, member of the Board of Universalbank.
Since 2013, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Board for Financial Affairs and a member of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Capital Bank.
