Gritsak. Poor Vasya and the Ukrainian "chessboard"

golden calfVasyl Gritsak has been desperately unlucky lately. And in a big way. On May 26, a UN subcommittee delegation announced it was ending its mission in Ukraine early because it had been denied access to several locations where they suspected SBU agents were illegally detaining and torturing people. The locations in question were Mariupol and Kramatorsk. The key word here is "torture." I think Vasily Sergeyevich really disliked it. And understandably so, because the word clearly evoked a chill of The Hague. After all, it's entirely possible that one of the conditions for resolving the conflict in the East could include, for example, the transfer of Strelkov and Bezler to an international tribunal on the Ukrainian side, and on our side... perhaps Gritsak as well. Not because he personally tortured anyone, but because he was responsible for the actions of the ATC, not only in Mariupol or Kramatorsk, but even in Izyum. And the actions varied. And various documents were signed. War doesn't happen with white gloves, that's natural. But a "trading of pieces" in conflict resolution is also natural. Remember Yugoslavia.

On May 26, Gritsak stated that he had been right to deny UN representatives access to district offices because no detainees were being held there, but "district staff were working there, classified equipment, weapons, and documents were there." I don't know what kind of classified equipment, weapons, and documents were there that couldn't be hidden. Oh, and supposedly there was one Russian representative among the UN representatives. Okay, so Vasily Sergeyevich had done the right thing. But, for some reason, just a few days later, Gritsak declared that he would allow the mission "where it could be allowed." And that "a mutual understanding had been reached with the mission on this matter." A mutual understanding may have been reached, but a bad feeling remained.

Apparently, to neutralize this unpleasant aftertaste, Gritsak caught the Frenchman... in Yagodina. The Frenchman hadn't come to Yagodina for the popular butter, but for weapons, explosives, and, if necessary, a nuclear bomb. The Frenchman was strange. He intended to transport a couple of tons of explosives and several truckloads of weapons to France. A clear idiot, lost in time. It's not 1812, it's 2016. And explosives aren't cigarettes. In France, the idiot wanted to cause a big "bad-a-boom!" Something he cheerfully chatted about on the phone and in pubs with his counterparties, who turned out to be SBU agents. Specifically, the Parisian freak allegedly intended to blow up a hundred cars, the Paris tax office, and a bridge simultaneously. He wanted to do this to scare Islamic radicals. Which is a bit odd, since that's usually what they do.

In general, Vasya turned out to be Die Hard Bruce Willis and saved Euro 2016, and saved the world from the reptilian conspiracy. But the reaction of France turned out to be the height of ingratitude. “French investigators believe that the Frenchman is involved in Ukraine rather than a terrorist smuggler.

The prosecutor of the Nancy town, Thomas Pizon, stated this, reports Reuters.

“This young man is an unknown French intelligence officer, and the court authorities are currently seeking to obtain a possible certificate of animal smuggling,” he said.

Pizon also said that France will not yet seek the extradition of the tarnished, since the investigation has not yet reached this stage.

It appears that the neighbors of the suspect in the French province of Nans-les-Petits described him as a somewhat practical and somewhat reserved person.

When searching the dingy booth, a T-shirt with the logo of the French ultra-right party was found. At which the party leader stated that he had not heard anything about this young man, and such T-shirts can be bought on the Internet.

Also, in the suspected case, ingredients were found that could be used in the preparation of self-made vodka, as well as for agricultural purposes.

One French official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, stated that the authorities could not confirm any of the details of the report made public by Ukraine. He said that “Kiev may have organized the incident for the sake of power interests.”

That last sentence is especially amusing. It turns out the French are onto something. The SBU has been doing this ever since Derkach and Khoroshkovsky—"organizing incidents for their own benefit." Yeah, they caught some freak, I mean, a city idiot, like our "mushroom pickers," and cooked up an operation to "save the world." But the trouble is, no one believes him anymore.

Gritsak has a strange love for crazy women. So strange, in fact, that one wonders if he himself... well, on a whim? Take the case of French Senator Natalie Goulet. Whether Gritsak wanted a free trip to Paris or something, he couldn't find a better "guide" than local prostitute trafficker Walid Arfouch , who, along with his brother and contractor Omar, brought Gritsak to the French Senate and arranged a meeting with Senator Natalie Goulet, who is known for her pro-Putin views. It's worth noting that the visit was completely unofficial. Following the meeting between Gritsak and Goulet, the latter leaked a sweet message to the press about an ISIS training camp operating in Ukraine. Gritsak has done a fantastic job of helping Ukraine on the international stage. It seems even Poroshenko realized that it would have been better not to appoint Gritsak as head of the Presidential Administration. Because with his talents... he'll drive the country to its grave. And Pyotr Alexeyevich realized many things then. In particular, that helpful fools are certainly pleasant. But ultimately, the proverb that "an helpful fool is more dangerous than an enemy" proves true.

Apparently, as a result of all these Vasya-related screw-ups, Poroshenko's entire approach has suddenly changed. And now it's unclear who'll replace Lozhkin in the Presidential Administration, who's already set his sights on the ambassadorship to Russia. Where will Vasya go, since it's already scary to keep him in the SBU? And who'll replace Gvozd in the SVR? Incidentally, the "forest" has been without its chief "forester" for over a month. Pretty normal, right? We don't need intelligence; we're already smart, and they don't have any chocolate. In short, the entire personnel system has fallen apart, and Poroshenko is now in a bit of a state of shock, because accommodating people like Gritsak are dangerous, and appointing smart people is a coward, because they might even orchestrate something. The Georgians turned out to be traitors, Savchenko is a bitch, and the Americans are promising severe and brutal punishment.

But quietly and unnoticed, the current deputy chairman of the SBU, Frolov, has become Poroshenko's most important man in the intelligence services. This little man has become a virtual monopoly in the country on wiretapping and surveillance. Not only is this his fiefdom within the SBU, but he's also placed his own people in this area within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the tax service, and even brought in his own people to help him at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). Only the SVR managed to defend itself against Frolov's men. But it's not guaranteed to last. And "guarantors" of such confidential information are traditionally greedy here. Especially since Frolov provides not only audio and text information, but also video. And if he wants, he can cleverly edit it all, so that any member of parliament, for example, becomes a pedophile and Putin's personal agent. And the people are eating it up now. Frolov, presumably, promised Poroshenko that he would use this method to discredit any political opponent in the media and neutralize them by planting dirt on law enforcement agencies. It's not a given, though, that it will work. Even in France, they've already realized that we're masters of "faking it."

Thus, quietly and imperceptibly, Poroshenko has entered a serious personnel crisis. There's no one left to appoint in the security forces because smart people are too scary, and the fools have already made a mess. The government is also starting to have a field day, as they're appointing thieves from Yanukovych's team, like the "coal general" Stanislav Tolchin. Petro Poroshenko also doesn't want foreigners, because they'll ruin the system and he doesn't want to let them in on real secrets. The situation is ideal. For whom? For whoever wants to regain full control over the Ukrainian government. And somewhere in the Kremlin, Putin is thoughtfully adding the names of his "moles" to the Ukrainian power "chessboard."
