“The criminal investigations carried out by the prosecutor’s office have not been brought to a conclusion, and Europeans have not yet reached the conclusion of the accused in the Ukrainian courts. And, obviously, they have no legal basis for maintaining sanctions. These are not the first sanctions against Yanukovych that can be lifted.
