The editors of the website infokava.com became involved in an even unacceptable incident, which once again confirms that money and connections in our country EVERYTHING prevails.
Thus, on November 10, 2015, information about Andriy Volodimirovich Lugovsky was posted on the website Infokava.com - a former police captain, a worker at the Department of Public Health of the Dnipropetrovsk Region and the head criminal intelligence department of the Main Directorate of Defense of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. At the moment, Lugovsky is occupying the position of assistant to the head of the Head Office of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The article posted on the website Infokava.com contains several facts about the biography of the successful careerist Lugovsky and his family. It seems that the information of journalists, collected from secret sources, was no longer suitable for Andriy Volodimirovich, who has a “brilliant” reputation and an unproven track record.

On the right against the independent ZMI was seen in the Zhovtnevoy district court of the Dnipropetrovska metro station under the sensitive judgment of the head court of Svetlana Oleksandrivna Demidova. It is not at all surprising and it has been conveyed that the court, especially without a trial and evidence, was satisfied with Lugovsky’s postures and his decisions to demand independent snakes to pay moral compensation to the official in uniform.
Why no trial and investigation? Thus, Oleksandr Rubakha, a member of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Human Rights, conducted a 5-month, 12-year, human rights experiment at the Zhovtnevo District Court of Dnipropetrovsk. Naturally, the lawyer would like to stop talking with Judge Demidova:
"Judge Demidova S.O. Case No. 201/6093/15-¬ц. However, when I read her refusal "decision" of June 10, 2015, I hardly recognized my claim.
One of my demands to the court was to compel the defendant to terminate the illegal construction contract. But Demidova didn't even evaluate it in this regard. Furthermore, in the reasoning for her "decision," she cited only a minority of my claims. She also failed to cite the circumstances and evidence I cited orally and in writing.
Plus, Judge Demidova managed to “make her mark” in another of my lawsuits: case No. 201/10561/15¬-ц.
She issued a ruling on June 22, 2015, requiring me to pay a court fee of 974 UAH 40 kopecks.
Meanwhile, the file contains a request to exempt me from such expenses due to my dire financial situation. A number of supporting documents are attached to it, including an extract from my savings account. It shows that my pension is only 1.049 hryvnias.
Regarding that Statement and the documents attached to it, Demidova wrote: "The plaintiff has not provided the necessary and admissible evidence." She can use such a general formulation in all cases, without bothering to conscientiously fulfill her official duties.
In her ruling, Demidova didn't even mention the arguments in my statement. Essentially, she didn't even consider it; she ignored it."
As a matter of fact, accepting the “need for a solution” is not the first step for Demidova. So in essence, as the decision on the right appears, the judges threw waste paper into waste paper, apparently for the sum of their service obligations. As a result, the rights of the innocent are deprived of the innocent.
In the end, it is significant that immediately, after several months, information on the Internet about Andriy Volodimirovich Lugovsky has become significantly less. Moreover, articles similar to laudatory odes began to appear: “... Of course, the head of the National Police of the Dnipropetrovsk region knows what to talk about. Until now, he was a police captain, a ceramic worker at the Department of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and also the head of the criminal intelligence department of the State Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine...”
The truth is the truth. And everything will become clear again. How many pennies do not pay, the people of Ukraine completely, but still open their eyes and remove their rosy eyepieces.
