Boris Lozhkin
Poroshenko's Head of Administration, Borys Lozhkin, earned 92,358 million hryvnias in 2014. This is stated in Lozhkin's 2014 income declaration, which was published on the website of the President of Ukraine.
Dividends totaled UAH 92,101,000. Lozhkin's salary was UAH 60,622,000. He received another UAH 140,000 from the sale of property, UAH 55,700 from insurance payments, and UAH 1,450 as royalties.
Lozhkin has 307,393 hryvnias in his bank accounts. He also owns securities worth 3,6 million hryvnias. The head of the Presidential Administration owns a 12-hectare plot of land. He also owns a 290,5-square-meter apartment, a 534,3-square-meter country house, two parking spaces, and two cars—a 2010 Lexus CX460 and a 2013 Lexus LX570. Lozhkin also noted that he owns a small 33-square-meter apartment and a 5-hectare plot of land.
Lozhkin's wife, Nadezhda Shalomova, and mother, Larisa Lozhkina, earned UAH 1,832 million last year, almost entirely in dividends and interest. They own two 10-hectare plots of land, three apartments (170,8 square meters, 33 square meters, and 49,6 square meters), and two cars—a 2013 Audi A8 and a 2013 Lexus LX 570.
Members of the Lozhkin family own securities with a nominal value of UAH 190,676 thousand and have also made contributions to the authorized capital of enterprises totaling UAH 172,462 thousand.
The income declaration of the head of the Presidential Administration indicates that Lozhkin’s financial obligations under voluntary insurance amounted to UAH 92,075 thousand, and those of his family members – UAH 88,541 thousand.
As a reminder, Boris Lozhkin became head of the Presidential Administration in June 2014. He previously owned the media holding UMH Group, which he sold in 2013. However, while publicly announcing the sale of his business for hundreds of millions of dollars, Lozhkin failed to disclose the proceeds from the sale or the amount of taxes paid to the Ukrainian budget on the transaction in his 2013 income declaration.
