Stavitsky's drilling company will be liquidated

StavitskyThe drilling company Golden Derrick, owned by former minister Eduard Stavytsky, will be liquidated following a ruling by the Donetsk Regional Commercial Court. This was reported by the publication Vedomosti NKTSBFR, citing a court ruling issued on January 27, 2016.

It is reported that the liquidation procedure will last for one year from the date the court decision comes into force.

As a reminder, on January 28 of last year, Golden Derrick's oil production permits were revoked. It is also known that at the time of this court decision, Stavytskyi's company's assets were valued at UAH 197,353 million, its equity capital was UAH 102,134 million, and its annual liabilities were UAH 95,232 million.
