Former prosecutor Pshonka left a governor in Poltava. Let's take a look at the top of this corrupt octopus.
In first place is Mironov's "family overseer" and treasurer, Maksym Mikhailovich Kayukov, prosecutor of the Poltava Interdistrict Transport Prosecutor's Office, appointed to his post in 2005 by Pshonka himself. After Mironov's dismissal, Kayukov continues to receive bribes, coordinate the collection, and send the "cut" to his patrons.
To extort money from Poltava region entrepreneurs, corrupt prosecutors have recruited corrupt regulatory officials. These officials, either on the prosecutors' orders or with their direct participation, conduct various inspections. Given the legal illiteracy of Ukraine's population, they almost always "find" violations. Then, prosecutors close to Kayukov and Mironov, Savenko, Dorogeiko, and Shaposhnikov, intimidate citizens.
Things have gotten to the point where Kayukov personally demands bribes from entrepreneurs in his office, threatening them with large fines or criminal charges. All entrepreneurs in the Poltava region are aware of this bribery scheme. Ivan Suvorov, director of the Ruslan company in Kremenchuk, complained about it. Kayukov has also begun renovations to the prosecutor's office in Poltava. The Poltava Mining and Processing Plant alone donated $200 for the renovation. How this money was spent remains unknown.
If only we could ask Morozov, director of the Poltava Reinforced Concrete Plant, how many years Kayukov extorted and received bribes from him... Unfortunately, he was found hanged in the transport prosecutor's office detention center. Money is regularly extorted from Poltavavtormet PJSC and companies involved in freight and passenger transportation. Kayukov and Mironov Stoyka continue to protect the gambling industry in Poltava. Everyone knows the addresses of the gambling halls. Such establishments are located in Poltava, Kremenchuk, and Lubny.
Every month, bribes flow to the top through Kayukov and his brother in Kyiv. How do our defenders of the law live? Let's take a look... Kayukov built a mansion in the suburbs at 25 Novostroy Street, Shcherbany Village, Poltava Oblast. Kayukov's unemployed wife drives an expensive Audi. Kayukov himself drives a jeep, which he can't afford with his salary. Stoika has two cars, a new Honda and a new Nissan Teana, a mansion in the suburbs of Poltava, and two apartments in the city center.
Both the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) are aware of the criminal activities of Mironov, Kayukov, and Stoika. Judges from both the regional and district courts can testify to this. You just have to ask them carefully. But for obvious reasons, no one is doing so.
