Following the initiative of the Kiev Regional Administration in 2008, we ordered the relevant ministries and departments to consider the possibility of creating an international passenger airport “Uzin”.

These companies paid the highest monthly rent equal to the starting price, and also pledged to compete with low-level minds in order to create an Anti-Terrorism Center for the preparation of defense officers.
“Ukrainian and American enterprises will help the competition. We are not convinced of our investment intentions, regardless of the fates that have been lost,” Yuriy Lytvynenko, president of Ukrinvestforum, told the EP.

The Foundation continued to ignore the court's decisions, although the law interprets them as illegal crimes that require punishment.

Russian trace?

Overcoming the competition has changed: in addition to spontaneity to the swag, there is another reason for the unrelenting delay by the Kerivnitsa Fund in the implementation of the airport project in Uzin: competition with a similar Russian project.
It is planned to create a similar import hub near Belgorod to streamline import flows from Asia to Europe and the USA, bypassing Ukraine.
In Uzin, we may plan to build a large air hub with an area of ​​over 3 thousand hectares with a daily infrastructure, which would include an air base and a system of flight terminals for the processing of cargo.
It was also planned to create a special industrial zone with a number of large production plants, which would have a system of warehouses, garages and roads in order to ensure uniform transport access. However, it is not easy to predict the future share of the project in a country riddled with corruption.

“If this were not the case in Ukraine (the war - EP), investors would carry out their activities and compensate for the premiums through international courts. However, today this has become a principle for them,” Natalia Sokolovska, a consultant to the Special Control Commission for the Parliament on Privatization, told the EP.

Regardless of the validity of the lease agreement, investors have already contributed a small amount to the conservation of the objects. However, if the lease agreement is not signed, they will be entitled to compensation for the extra charges.
