FGVFO verified the legal framework of the recognition of the old deposit agreements as worthless at PJSC "MISKY COMMERCIAL BANK"
Behind the bags of a strong initiative group of depositors of the PJSC "MISKYY COMMERCIAL BANK" with the depositors and depositors of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of individuals, which was on 23 June In 2015, the FGVFO created a working group.
The task for the work group is to recheck the legal framework to find out the previous deposit agreements are worthless and the framework for which depositors were not included before the transfer of depositors, which allows the right to be paid for the transfer of funds to the Fund for the first trench.
The workers of the three structural divisions of the Foundation arrived at the warehouse of the working group. After analyzing the results of the verification, the Foundation will make further decisions. The decision will immediately inform the depositors of the PJSC “MISKYY COMMERCIAL BANK” and its vastness.

Based on the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated 20.11.2014 No. 732 "On classifying PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CITY COMMERCIAL BANK" as insolvent", the Executive Directorate of the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund decided on 20.11.2014 to introduce temporary administration from 21.11.2014 and appoint an authorized person of the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund to temporary administration of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CITY COMMERCIAL BANK", EDRPOU code: 34353904; MFO: 339339; location: 33 Solomenskaya Street, Kyiv, 03141, Ukraine).
Andrey Viktorovich Ryazantsev has been appointed as the authorized person of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals to carry out temporary administration at PJSC CITY COMMERCIAL BANK.
Temporary administration at PJSC CITY COMMERCIAL BANK was introduced for a period of three months from 21.11.2014 to 20.02.2015 inclusive.
The time and procedure for payments under the agreements will be additionally announced on the official website of the Fund - www.fg.gov.ua, on the website of PJSC CITY COMMERCIAL BANK - www.citycommercebank.com, and in the bank's branches.
