We ask you to pay attention to the problem of the OS "Stepovoe" - Kulindorovsky dacha community of the Kominternovsky district, Odessa region.
Since May 2015, citizen A. Lavrenenko has illegally self-appointed himself chairman of the dacha community, having secured the support of Judge N.I. Gudina. According to Lavrenenko, the aforementioned individual, N.I. Gudina, is facilitating the falsification of documents to register abandoned plots. In other words, these individuals are illegally seizing other people's property, colluding, as per the decision of the Suvorovsky District Court, where Judge N.I. Gudina holds office.
Lavrinenko keeps Sadovodov in fear because he has surrounded himself with criminal elements, including previously convicted security guards (the head of security). There are instances of security guard A. Vorontsov fraudulently seizing dachas with Lavrinenko's assistance, specifically plots No. 3110, 3109, and 3108.
It's also worth noting that a criminal case has been opened against officials at the Kominternovsky State Unitary Enterprise in the Odessa region for fraud. Despite this, Lavrenenko, abusing his position, is embezzling funds from gardeners to the Stepovoe administration, as well as committing electricity fraud, as he once held the position of chief power engineer. Through Maletsky, he coerced all employees of the Stepovoe OS to submit undated resignations. Furthermore, staff are not being paid, and management is evading taxes.
Persons close to Lavrinenko receive wages in envelopes and also illegally appropriate dacha plots in collusion with officials of the Stepovoye public association.
