The hearing of former Dynamo Kyiv coach Oleg Blokhin's complaint against his former club, which took place yesterday in the FFU Dispute Chamber, remained closed to the press and even to a select few.
UNN reports this with reference to MatchDay.
On September 3, a hearing was held in the Chamber of Disputes on the case of Oleg Blokhin against Dynamo Kyiv.
Journalists contacted Oleg Blokhin's representative, football lawyer Ilya Skoropashkin, regarding information regarding the trial.
"Are you talking about Oleg Blokhin's case? Unfortunately, I can't say anything," the lawyer replied. "I'm not allowed to. The most I can say is that we've been forbidden from commenting."
As a reminder, the former Dynamo head coach is demanding compensation for the early termination of his contract with the club in April of this year, which ran until 2016. The amount of the claim is approximately 3,7 million euros.
It turned out that Oleg Blokhin's contract vaguely defined his responsibilities. Among other things, it included the phrase "must direct all his efforts toward completing tasks," which allows the coach to try to prove that he did, in fact, make an effort to work with the team.
