Derkach and Mysik: How opportunists are destroying Ukraine

Andrey Derkach

Andrey Derkach

"A long memory is worse than syphilis, especially in a small circle," as BG sings. But we have no memory at all. I have no doubt that the dirty trick about deferring electronic declarations for Derkach and Mysik will go completely unpunished. Just like all their previous stunts, like voting for "dictatorial laws." Andriy Derkach's family, headed by his father, the former head of the SBU during the Kuchma and Gongadze eras, has long been living in the United States in their own prestigious villa. And Derkach's entire work now is funneling money stolen in Ukraine to the States. And, naturally, declaring assets is primarily unprofitable for him. Neither is rapprochement with the EU. Mysik, in case you've forgotten, once became famous for the golden loaf of bread he gave to Yanukovych from his "Kulinichi" family. Well, naturally, both voted for dictatorial laws. And now they continue to steal from Ukraine without a care. And openly work against Ukraine. And this applies not only to the postponement of electronic declarations.

This group is currently actively working to destroy the Sumy region as part of decentralization. They want to tear off part of it and merge it into a new entity called "Slobozhanshchyna." Derkach, a longtime deputy from Sumy Oblast, has been campaigning pro-Russianly there, and continues to do so now. The ideal scenario is the creation of a special district with an overtly separatist stance in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions bordering Russia. And all this is happening openly, with impunity, brazenly. It's bad when there's no memory at all. It always ends badly.

Alas, unfortunately, not for our subjects. It's quite possible that Derkach and Mysyk will leave the People's Will party in the inevitable fall parliamentary elections due to the weakening of the Lytvyn family and Yeremeyev's death. And they will seamlessly join the Petro Poroshenko Bloc. Alas, Petro Oleksiyovych is omnivorous politically, while Derkach and Mysyk are utterly unprincipled. It's worth remembering how briskly Kuchma's godson, Andriy Leonidovych, donned an orange flag in 2005 and leaped up to the podium closer to Yushchenko. The same will happen now. Everyone has forgotten that Derkach and Mysyk joyfully voted for the "dictatorial" laws on January 16, impatiently waiting for the Berkut to finish off the "Maidanites." And yet, it's forgotten. Although, in fact, all the MPs who voted for the "dictatorial" laws have blood and death on their hands. But Petro Oleksiyovych Derkach benefits from his situational ally in the fight against Kolomoisky, and the 20 votes of the Narodnaya Volya party will be very useful in the upcoming rape of the Ukrainian Constitution. And then, perhaps, as a reward for loyalty, Petro Oleksiyovych will allow a return to the plundering of the nuclear energy sector. For example, Derkach and Mysyk's colleague, the Dymer bandit Moskalenko, who ecstatically voted for dictatorial laws with both hands, has long since joined the BPP. It's all disgusting, but understandable.

It's also understandable that Derkach and Mysyk made it into parliament this time around. It's not just that Derkach has been the "overseer" of Sumy Oblast for years. It's that he's bought off all the local authorities, from the security forces to the governor. Therefore, if the system doesn't change, Derkach will be elected from Sumy Oblast next time. It's enough to recall the disgraceful campaign Derkach orchestrated against Michel Tereshchenko.

“Today in the Hetman capital Glukhov, which throughout the entire pre-election campaign has become the most tense point on the electoral map of Ukraine, as throughout the entire country for Elections began after the exclusion of the occupied territories.

Apparently, the main competitors for the seat of the deaf mayor are Michelle Tereshchenko, the head of the Ukrainian aristocratic family of industrialists and philanthropists, and Yuriy Burlaka, a leading figure, an important region, close to the “supervisor” of the Sumy region Andriy Derkach. The abuse of administrative resources, black PR and brutal technologies, opposed to Tereshchenko, became a symbol of this struggle. The remaining point is that the “Radical Party” and “Batkivshchyna” have not changed their representatives at the Moscow Election Commission. At the Headquarters of Michel Tereshchenko, they called Andriy Derkach a venalist. But in general, due to the situation in the area and systematic gross destruction, the Committee of Elections of Ukraine designated Glukhi as a “hot spot.”

Until the word that they joined one of the farm election commissions, first in their memory at the election Glukhova was respected by the representatives of the OSCE, who had previously checked the farm, marveled at the booths and washrooms voting

Since the beginning of the 25th, the current situation in the city has been visually calm. The sponsors and members of the commission indicate a fairly high turnout for this time among all categories of the population. As one of the members of the DCK shared, this, in his opinion, is due to the fact that a viable alternative has appeared in the area. “To the extent that there is something historical about the place and Ukraine, this family, as all the historical beings of Glukhova were. He is the only one in the place in 24 days of creating a work place. So, in fact, people come and vote for themselves,” he shared.

“We are going to the election so that no one will “vote” to replace us, because they will sing that they can do so,” comments the Deaf family – Mrs. Tetyana, Mr. Evgen and their son Roman, who all came to vote in the elections. — We are patriots of our place and power, and to the maximum vikoryst we have our right to choose. Besides, I would like my family, like us, to come to vote and earn their contribution to the change in Ukraine and Glukhov. In our opinion, it is impossible not to vote. Due to the current situation in our country’s “eternal elections”, we may decide to change – put a check on this process, or start something new.”

Regardless of the apparent calm in Glukhova, information about “round dances” at the farms is already beginning to appear, and representatives of the democratic forces are preparing for provocation and the greatest destruction after the dinner - if the powerful competitors are surprised to the minds elections “We follow not only the strong-willed citizens, but also the members of the commissions who support the current government, because here representatives of “Solidarity” and the “Opposition Bloc” are expected to sit in order,” comments the candidate for deputy before for the sake of the “Union “Samopomich” Dmytro Belinsky, who is monitoring the elections in the DCK No. 590747. — At the moment, nothing has been marked yet. We are preparing for the destruction at the time of voting, the preparation of votes and the compilation of protocols. So, for now, we are keeping an eye on the citizens, so that they vote with their passports, so as not to allow “round dances” and throwing in.” There's a stink to watch. The peculiarity of Glukhova’s elections is that in the districts there are two “journalists” of the local newspaper “Nedelya”, which is associated with Andriy Derkach. They are quite assertive in taking away everything that is going on in elections for 1-2 chambers, which include the badges of the ERA TV and Radio Broadcasting Company, which is also associated with the oligarch deputy.”

“Glukhiv is an active criminal place under the control of the uncontrollable Derkach Andryusha. After becoming a people’s deputy in the 159th electoral district (m. Glukhiv), he systematically stole what was plundered by the people, including the Tereshchenkos. For the help of the big head of the Glukhivskaya rider of 1181 greed administration Lisenko Olga Petrivna, having destroyed the Shaliginsky pulp factory, and having sent him to the metal brucht - even the fascists did not kill him. For this, Olga Petrivna received the Order of Princess Olga. We opened DUTI FRI stores at the checkpoints of Bachivsk and Katerynivka, and recognized the director of these stores as the head of the Glukhiv mitnitsa Olga Viskub. Products from these stores, mainly “gorilka”, are sold to local residents, since they are much cheaper without meat. Vіn controls smuggling flows through trusted militias. The great measures of Glukhov Burlak, who also worked before as a mitnik, and now and today his sidekicks are working at the mitnitsa: Nikiti, Kurok, Gorobko, Pavlovets, Golub and others who “pay” Derkach illegal cats."

The same situation applies to Mysik. In parliament, this character is nicknamed "loaf" or "veterinarian." Mysik worked as a veterinarian before going into business. Bread. Mysik quite successfully destroyed all the private bakeries in the Kharkiv region, becoming a regional monopoly. At one point, in a fit of greed, Mysik sharply raised bread prices, which naturally caused unrest. As a result, even Mysik's membership in the Party of Regions didn't help. They say Kernes personally beat him up.

Vladimir Mysik

Vladimir Mysik

The most "scandalous" period for Vladimir Mysik occurred during the years when Arsen Avakov led the Kharkiv region.

Thus, in 2007, Mysik became embroiled in a serious land dispute. The stumbling block was a plot of land in the urban-type settlement of Kulinichi in the Kharkiv district of the region, where a bakery is located. The deputy was accused of illegally fencing off the land around the bakery, thereby encroaching on a section of the road leading to a residential complex, a local clinic, and a kindergarten. Mysik denied the charges, claiming that the enterprise had all the necessary documents.

Local residents launched an active campaign against the bakery's owner, which the governor immediately publicly supported. The conflict then took a highly emotional turn. Mysik suddenly declared that since his land had been confiscated, all factories belonging to the Kulinichi bakery would cease production. If the regional leadership still failed to explain its reasons, he would go on a hunger strike, along with 200 other employees. The deputy emphasized that the staff had requested his hunger strike.

However, things didn't reach the extreme measures. Very soon, Vladimir Yuryevich declared that he was eager to put an end to the conflict surrounding the plant, since, despite all the clashes with the authorities, "the issue had been resolved."

Around the same time, Mysik came under renewed attack—from both his political opponents and supporters. The businessman was accused of sharply raising the prices of his bakery's products. Not only Our Ukraine and the Communists, but also his allies from the Party of Regions, attacked him. Mysik, however, explained that the price of "social" varieties remained unchanged and solemnly promised not to raise prices until the New Year.

Another, more serious scandal erupted in June 2010. Then, Mysik was accused of orchestrating a disturbance at a village café: private entrepreneur Stanislav Ryzhikov filed a police report, claiming that Mysik had set 20 security guards on him and forcibly removed all property valued at approximately 180 hryvnias from the café's outdoor patio.

Ryzhikov's request to open a criminal case was denied, as the police deemed no crime had been committed. The case was referred to the prosecutor's office to determine whether the refusal was lawful. At that time, information unexpectedly surfaced that Vladimir Yuryevich and the then regional prosecutor, Vasily Sinchuk, were godparents. However, Sinchuk hastened to declare that their friendship would not influence Mysik's plea of guilty if proven.

Yanukovych and Mysyk. On the eve of the golden loaf presentation.

Yanukovych and Mysyk. On the eve of the golden loaf presentation.

Now, Mysyk, with Derkach's assistance, is successfully eliminating his competitors in the Sumy region. Both are trying to push through the "Slobozhanshchyna" project, which would effectively dismember and destroy the Sumy region. Remarkably, "Slobozhanshchyna" would primarily include regions bordering Russia, where Moscow has long been actively conducting anti-Ukrainian propaganda, including through its agents of influence, such as Andriy Derkach, a graduate of the Dzerzhinsky Higher School of the KGB. And given the possible implementation of Medvedchuk's referendum plan, I wouldn't be surprised if "Slobozhanshchyna" one day holds a referendum on joining Russia. Poroshenko's current policy of omnivorousness means that even "little green men" won't be needed to dismember Ukraine.

In light of the recent second anniversary of the adoption of the "dictatorial" laws, I'd like to remember by name all the deputies who joyfully voted for our deaths. But it's unlikely to change anything. Words, unfortunately, are no longer of any use.
