The intense prosecution of a Lieutenant Colonel of the National Guard for swag as a canned food supplier could turn out to be nothing, and some of the military’s security forces don’t like to go to jail.
On the 19th of today, 121 people’s deputy signatures were collected for reviewing the proposal about the appointment of Prosecutor General Vitaly Yaremi. The yoke of hope is that Speaker Groysman will publicly address the people's deputies. One of the evidence about the government’s successes in the fight against corruption is the news about the entanglement of a high-ranking official with the National Guard. I can already recall a similar story of a successful prosecutorial anti-corruption fight of the ancient trilogy, which ended up in extreme disarray.

The President himself quickly named the nickname of the shabby military man - Lieutenant Colonel Svyatoslav Manzhura appeared.
For information from the SBU, about the “pretentious agents”, many people have spoken, and the size of the lieutenant colonel’s appetite has been announced – 10% of the amount received for the delivery of the stew.
Later, the informed military prosecutor of the central region, Yuri Litiev, confirmed to the Inter TV channel that the security officer was seized from the stolen parts of the swag, and the hidden amount was announced - 570 thousand hryvnias, which added up to 10% of the contract amount.
And according to the official information of the GPU, the security forces were scrounging up the money they had seized from the “official firms.” The suspicion of one of the sponsors of the intermediary company has been reported.
In addition, the prosecutor's office suspects the lieutenant colonel of seizing swag from another TOV - also a tender supplier of canned meat.
From the time of Manzhuri’s recognition at the NSU in Kvitna Rok, the supplier of canned meat, close to the sum announced by the prosecutor, 5,7 million hryvnias were no longer in business, about which “Our Pennies” have already written more than once - TOV “Visit”, which belongs to the sisters Irina Kut and Olenya Berezyuk, with contracts worth 5,3 million.
The other suppliers of canned meat for NSU hours Manzhuli were Slavproduct LLC of the Russian Sergius Gavrilyuk with an agreement for 4,4 million, as well as LLC TPK Green Ray Sergius Ishalova and Anatoly Gritsunika with an agreement for 1,7 million.
All purchases were carried out by military unit 3078 (the central security base of the National Guard).
With this induced officialdom, you can create a summary that on the 19th of today the sisters Kut ta Berezok, a member of the Vizit LLC, a regular postmaster of grub for the army, border guards, NSU and children of Chernobil victims. One of them dismissed the prosecutor’s office as “suspicious.”
Bo the Russian Gavrilyuk from LLC “Slavproduct” does not have any common “spivvlasniki” (although he himself, in the past fate, was featured as a khabarodist during the signing of the tender agreement of the Administration of the State Special Service for Transport), but the agreements Ishalova and Gritsunika from LLC TPK Green Ray clearly do not reach the 10% swag amount announced by the prosecutor.
However, one of them is also a participant in the investigation into Manzhuli’s “other swag”.
As it seems, “the investigation is troubling,” Mr. Yarema has a fresh argument in active before parliamentary rumors about the need for power on the part of the GPU.

And Poltorak himself will continue to create this “academic-Kharkiv” vertical triad of logistics management, even on the scale of the National Guard, after being appointed commander.
This “other swag” is either from the LLC “Slavproduct” or from the LLC “TPK “Green Ray” Manzhula is also the commander of the NSU Poltorak.
And the canned goods from “Vizitu” for the army were already supplied to the Minister of Defense Poltorak. The same canned food, a completely audible scandal about what was caused by the President's guard and the assistant minister of defense and speech security of the army, Yuri Biryukov. The scandal, which has not yet yielded any results, although the deadline for carrying out all possible examinations of canned food has long been lost. And these canned goods are included in all the Ukrainian rations.
Also, besides the image advantage of Yaremy, this story can be politically based both on the recognition of the new commander of the National Guard (the current acting commander of the NSU is Oleksandr Krivenko), and on the “underwater currents” in Ministry of Defense. It is not excluded that for the correct information policy the minister can waive reputational risks in lieu of expenses.
In addition, “Visit” may be directly related to one of the permanent outsourcers of the army – “Ukrprodakord OR”, which is important in the context of the billion-dollar tenders from military procurement, how to go through the fierce.
The lute tenders were announced by Yuriy Biryukov as “disclosed” - although reading the tender documents can give attention to the fact that “discovering” the stink is very specific, and that it is not easy to make the expected changes in principles. It’s possible, just replace the wine of the “peremozhts”-year-olds. In this case, this is the topic of a comprehensive obligatory review.

Look, the whole story of Manzhuri still reminds us of the epic about the intimidation of the swindler Vyacheslav Makarov. Attempts for similar conditions of the food supply chiefs of the border guards have been removed, having removed the mental lines for... shahraism. It’s not even important for the officials to convict the people for swag. So Manzhura himself has no respect for commanding the tender committee of the military unit 3078 of NSU and does not warrant any further formal influx. And the pottery has been worn out - so there’s no need for anything.
Makarov’s current boss, General Oleksandr Lishchinsky, has been in the Ministry of Defense department for over 20 years. As of May 2014, the status of intercessor minister was suspended. I wanted to take the “golden parachute” away from Yatsenyuk on the 14th.
On the right, the deputy deputy Lishchinsky at the border service, Lieutenant General Oleg Lantvoitanibi, was handed over to the court at the serpna. Nothing about it is seen, heard, or breathed.
