Anatoliy Plahotniuc has been fired: Kyiv City State Administration Head Vitaliy Klitschko has dismissed the director of the Bessarabsky Market municipal enterprise.
The corresponding order (N368 dated November 4) appeared on the Kyiv City State Administration website.
The document states that Plahotniuc has been dismissed from his position as director of the Bessarabsky Market:
"Release Plahotniuc Anatoliy Vladimirovich, director of the municipal enterprise Bessarabsky Market, from his position on November 5."
Sergei Dorofeev, First Deputy Director of the Bessarabsky Market Municipal Enterprise, has been appointed acting director.
Plahotniuc was dismissed from his post for numerous violations.

Plahotniuc had been the market's director since 1996; in 2007, he was fired by Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetsky for numerous financial violations.
A few months later, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv reinstated him in his position.
As is known, the Kyiv administration decided to inspect the activities of the municipal enterprises "Bessarabsky Market" and "Zhitny Market".
