As reported by the website Nashi Groshi with reference to the Bulletin of State Purchases, on November 6, a contract was signed for the purchase of tents for the central supply base of the National Guard of Ukraine for a total of 6 million 810 thousand UAH.
An order was placed for 150 UST-56 tents, priced at 19,3 UAH each, and 150 USB-56 tents, priced at 26,1 UAH each.
However, these medical tents can be purchased at prices lower than those for the National Guard. The USB-56 costs between 18 and 20 hryvnias each. The UST-56 costs between 10 and 19 hryvnias each.
These tents were purchased from the Chernihiv-based company "Sivertex." The National Guard had previously signed contracts with this company for the purchase of these tents in July 2014. At that time, the price was 24,880 UAH per unit for the USB-56 type and 18,950 UAH per unit for the UST-56 type.
This tent supplier company belongs to Alexander Lavrenyuk.
It began participating in tenders and supplying products to the military in July 2014, even though it was founded only on January 31, 2014. However, in this short time, it has already received UAH 21,840,000 for its products. All orders were placed through a negotiated process due to the urgent need for border guards and the National Guard.
