Civic activists have documented instances of voter bribery in the Kharkiv region. For example, on September 28, in the city of Balakliya, a pensioner was reported as having been bribed, which activists reported to the city's district commission.
According to their report, two women in a white car filled with bags labeled "Dmitry Dobkin's Charitable Foundation" are visiting pensioners and handing out food packages: buckwheat, condensed milk, sardines, sunflower oil, and tea, Glavkom writes.
