Both companies do not want to wait until the end of the work, they have not previously taken part in tenders and have on their staff only a handful of specialists. The companies do not have the necessary equipment for their work, no software, no support personnel, nothing. If you dig deeper, it turns out that all the robots behind Banas’s scheme will terminate LLC “ECOLL” (EDRPOU code 33941553) (before speaking, registered in an offshore company in the Seychelles), and the deputy will take no more money.
The methods used by Banas for rich wealth cannot be called anything other than requisitioning. Moreover, he constantly sells tender documents registered under his company on all levels of Kiev. Since such activity will not be implemented by law enforcement agencies in the near future, we are worried that Kiev will have a new “supervisor” of the housing and communal services sector, and the money will simply be stolen favored by Banas.
