The daughter of Party of Regions member Chechetov found no candidates for "lustration" in the Kharkiv City Council.

It turns out there are no former Party of Regions or Communists in the Kharkiv City Council, and there's no one to "lustrate"...

After the Law "On the Purification of Government" came into force, a vigorous and demonstrative campaign to identify unworthy officials began across all government agencies. As early as October 17, a corresponding inspection order was signed by both Kharkiv Mayor and the recently ardent Party of Regions member Gennady Kernes. Equally comical, Party of Regions member Kernes tasked Tatyana Chechetova-Terashvili, the daughter of the hyperactive Party of Regions member Mikhail Chechetov, with the task of inspecting local officials.

The official website of the Kharkiv City Council reports that "The Human Resources Department and personnel departments of 48 executive bodies of the Kharkiv City Council reviewed the work records and personal files of employees. As a result of the review, no individuals who held positions specified in Part 1 of Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine 'On the Purification of Government' prior to joining the Kharkiv City Council for a cumulative period of at least one year between February 25, 2010 and February 22, 2014, were found to be in positions."

It so happened that the deputy mayor, manager of the executive committee of the Kharkiv City Council and, concurrently, the daughter of Mikhail Chechetov, found no candidates for "lustration" in her own department.
