On February 7, 2014, unknown assailants burned the car of Dmitry Belotserkovets, leader of the UDAR party's youth wing. Belotserkovets commented: "I am convinced that the Sevastopol city administration is complicit in this crime: at a minimum, through inaction, and at a maximum, through possible complicity. For this reason, I would like to donate what remains of my burned car to Vladimir Yatsuba, head of the city administration."
On February 11, 2014, provocative leaflets appeared on Sevastopol's central hill, targeting Dmitry Belotserkovets, then the leader of the youth wing of the UDAR party. They accused Belotserkovets of pedophilia. Specifically, the leaflets featured a photograph of Belotserkovets in shorts and a call to report such a photo to a specified number. The official himself commented: "The photograph is from his training session two years ago, when I was training for the 2011 Ukrainian Track and Field Championships. And it was taken from a social media profile."
Dmitry Belotserkovets also fights illegal retail outlets and small architectural forms, sometimes even personally. For example, on the night of March 8, 2015, Dmitry Belotserkovets, along with members of the Aidar Battalion, went out to "interfere" with entrepreneurs setting up a kiosk at 17 Mayakovsky Avenue. As a result, the entrepreneur was beaten and hospitalized.
