DP Ukrspirt is concerned about the lack of vibrancy and outer expansion of alcohol in connection with the fact that the Department for control over the circulation and supply of excisable goods of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine did not extend the term of action licenses for the right to wholesale trade in ethyl alcohol.
On June 2, 2014, the term of the previous license expired. Documents for renewal were submitted by the DP “Ukrspirt” immediately and in accordance with the procedure. And also, subject to any reasons justified by the law, the Department for Control over the Sale of Excise Goods will continue to hold the current license for the right to wholesale trade in ethyl alcohol.
If the respect of the DP “Ukrspirt” was not taken away, then these Departments can be called illegal.
At the private enterprise of the DP Ukrspirt, the director of the Department for control over the circulation and supply of excisable goods, Vitaly Herts, commented on the situation with offensive words: “There was less need to go on strike.”
In this manner, it can be confirmed that in response to the protest of alcohol workers, the outbreak of the 18th Serpent under the walls of the State Fiscal Service and the Department of Energy Control and Supplies excise goods.
The protesters wanted to block the work of distilleries.
After the meeting there was a meeting of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and the State Enterprise “Ukrspirt”. In this context, you can take into account the commentary of the DFS press service: “At the meeting, representatives of the subsidiary enterprise “Ukrspirt” recognized the obviousness of the problems and the legality of the DFS actions. They also voiced the need for more solutions to these problems. Illegal acts of extensive care, revealed during the inspection, can lead to the collapse of factories. The parties agreed on common actions that would allow the enterprise to emerge from the crisis and deal with the legal field.”
It is clear that the DFS is clearly a fraud, and the absence of a license allows them to bypass the law. The validity of the license, leading to the imposition of fines by the fiscal service, will be extremely difficult to justify. By doing away with their obligations in this manner, they can make up for the shortcomings in their plans.
It is entirely logical to create an allowance so that in such a manner it is not possible to borrow from 100 million UAH, as the first intercessor of the State Fiscal Service Volodymyr Khomenko has already guessed two years ago.
The number of licenses has led to the collapse of distilleries, the lack of budgetary funds, causing a significant blow to liqueur-vodka distilleries, complicating the signing of properties with foreign partners, which results in a difficult, trivial, an expensive and absolutely mindless judicial process, the cost of which can be much better than zastosuvannya (for example, for additional assistance to the ATO).
There is an impression that this entire tense situation is not the result of the lack of balance and low qualifications of the DFS security officers, who were unable to immediately meet with that meeting, and then tried to recruit, but planned The strategy of the squeeze, which is suspected to coincide with the recent initiative to liquidate the subsidiary enterprise “Ukrspirt”.
