Larisa Duker, co-owner and CFO of the Kharkiv-based firm "Kharkiv-Moscow," appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) to stop the corporate raid. Druker made the corresponding statement at the news agency's press center. Ukrainian News at the briefing.

The Duker family has been resisting the takeover for about two years:

"The fight is still unfinished; I'm still fighting it all. I've appealed twice to the Prosecutor General's Office, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Minister of Internal Affairs, I've written to the President, I've written to the Prime Minister, I've asked for protection, but, alas, I still haven't received it... I'm simply appealing to law enforcement, to everyone, to protect businesses."

At the moment, according to the company's co-owner, everything has been seized, even the house where Larisa Duker lives with her children and grandchildren.

Vyacheslav Bukhenko, Larisa Duker's son, said the seizure was organized back in 2019 by Donetsk businessman Vladislav Dreger.

Then he proposed to the Dukers to sell him a block of shares in JSC Kharkov-PASS, which was owned by the firm Kharkov-Moscow.

"After delaying the deal for several months, he prepared a fraudulent scheme using forged documents, which allowed him to re-register the companies in his name in October 2019.

"This man from Donetsk, in his youth, was a member of the 17th Precinct gang, and he boasts online about it, saying he gained a lot of experience there. After some time, he ended up in pretrial detention, spent three years there, and was also caught in a corporate raid, and the sums involved were large. If I'm not mistaken, he defrauded people of 33 million hryvnia," Bukhenko reported.

"Vladislav Dreger's buses have been operating in uncontrolled territory since 2014, meaning he paid taxes to the militants for this. According to numerous media reports, he is connected to Alexander Khodakovsky, one of the leaders of the DPR," he added.

In addition, he asked the SBU to pay attention to Vladislav Dreger and finally begin combating corporate raiding," Ukrainski Novyny writes.
