According to the website "Nashi Groshi," citing the "Bulletin of State Purchases," on October 27, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration's Department of Housing and Communal Services and Construction signed an agreement with Vestashlyakhbud LLC for major road repairs. Almost a kilometer of road along Rzyankina Street in Kryvyi Rih will cost 38 million,660 thousand UAH.
The technical specifications include the following list of works: dismantling the fences of the Kresivske Reservoir dam, demolishing garages, a warehouse, and an administrative building along Tomskogo Street, replacing old road surfaces, constructing a parking lot and car shelters, replacing the storm drainage system, upgrading street lighting, and installing metal road barriers.
The renovation is being financed from the state budget and should be completed by the end of next year.
It's worth noting that Vestshalyahbud regularly wins tenders for road cleaning and repairs in Kryvyi Rih and is part of the Vesta concern, which is owned by Suren Sardaryan, a businessman from Odessa.
It is known that Sardaryan has been a long-time friend and business partner of Kryvyi Rih mayor Yuriy Vilkul, as well as his son, former Dnipropetrovsk region governor and former deputy prime minister Oleksandr Vilkul.
