A former deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council "squeezed" a dacha plot from his neighbor.

Anatoliy Nikolenko

Former regional council member Anatoly Nikolenko illegally appropriated a plot of land on the front line of the Dnieper-Bug Estuary and fenced it with a high concrete fence, preventing the real owner, Lyubov Bonk, from accessing it for nine years.

This is reported in the publication of the newspaper of the Nikolaev regional council “Ridne Pribuzhzhya”.

The former deputy took advantage of the fact that, due to the death of her husband, Lyubov Bonk had not been on the dacha grounds for a long time.

The woman repeatedly contacted the Lavanda gardening association, which owns the plot. The association supported the woman, demanding that the trespasser vacate the unauthorized plot. But the association only promised to demolish it once again, ignoring the demands.

Love Bonk

The former deputy has no intention of paying off the debts that have accumulated over a long period of time, arguing that he holds the deed to the land and that he has already privatized part of the street and the forest plantations. Nikolenko refuses to show the land title documents. It is also a challenge to determine whether the former deputy actually officially owns the land.
"Not long before the tragedy involving my husband, Nikolenko called and asked for temporary parking on my property. He said his fellow deputies often came to visit him for picnics, and there wasn't enough parking," Lyubov Mikhailovna recounts.
According to a written response from Konovalyuk, chairman of the Lavanda association, it's only possible to determine whether Nikolenko actually privatized part of the alley after receiving copies of the documents requested from the Zhovtnevyi District land management authorities and the Limanivka Village Council. These requests have remained unanswered for a year now.

The deputy himself was recently spotted under the flags of the Right Sector public organization at a picket of the Voznesensk police station, where he, on behalf of the people, demanded immediate punishment for those officials who plundered the enterprise OAO Oblsortsemovoshch, of which he himself served as general director for many years.

Also, as noted in the publication, while serving as a regional council member, he repeatedly sought to acquire substantial tracts of land for commercial purposes. The Ochakiv Forestry Enterprise, although not free of charge, met his needs, but refused to pay for the damages caused to the forestry, and according to media reports, the debt amounts to 48 hryvnias.
