By a decision of Kyiv's Pechersky District Court, former director of the Electrotyazhmash state enterprise, Volodymyr Glushakov, has been reinstated. Ukrainian Minister of Economic Development and Trade Aivaras Abromavicius announced this on Twitter.

The minister also announced that the Ministry of Internal Affairs had opened a criminal investigation into Glushakov's dismissal. Abromavicius stated that the ministry would file an appeal to suspend the court's decision.

It's worth noting that Elektrotyazhmash is one of Kharkiv's largest factories and a strategic enterprise. According to media reports, under Glushakov, this enterprise was controlled by Russian oligarch Konstantin Grigorishin.

After Glushakov's dismissal, the company was led by his deputy, Dmitry Kostyuk, who had previously worked at Rinat Akhmetov's DTEK. Interestingly, after Glushakov's dismissal, Abromavicius himself came under investigation, which he also reported on his microblog.
