Two types of mines operate in the pseudo-republics. One belongs to Akhmetov and operates under Ukrainian jurisdiction. The other is registered in the so-called "LPR" and "DPR" and is overseen by Ivan Avramov. Avramov's financial model involves paying minimum wages to ordinary miners and extracting profits for subsequent transfer to Moscow.
At the same time, Avramov runs a completely legitimate business in Moscow and negotiates with respectable businessmen in Russia's regions. Clearly, these people don't realize they're dealing with a criminal and financial swindler.
According to our source, the unscrupulous Ivanyushchenko and Avramov also managed to "take over" the food service system in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where Avramov serves as the operational manager. The companies they control are hindering any reforms in the food service sector in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, specifically by using corrupt means to prevent new competitors from entering the market.
Let's remember Yuriy Ivanyushchenko, a Ukrainian businessman and crime boss. He was a member of parliament of Ukraine in the sixth and seventh convocations and a member of the Party of Regions. His right-hand man, Ivan Avramov, was considered Viktor Yanukovych's "cashier" and accountant.
