Galina Gerega's company, Epicenter K LLC, part of the Epicenter Group, has acquired the Alta Center shopping center from businessman Roman Lunin. This was reported on the portal of the Association of Retailers of Ukraine.

Epicenter's press service is not disclosing details of the completed transaction, as the transfer of property rights to the property has not yet been completed. According to the Obolon District State Administration website, the Alta Center shopping center is managed by Briz-Invest LLC. The Alta Center shopping center is located at 11a Moskovsky Prospekt in Moscow.

Briz-Invest LLC was founded in 2000 and is currently owned by the Cypriot offshore company Davento PLC. Its ultimate beneficiary is listed as Roman Lunin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Retail Group PJSC.

Lunin's company manages the retail chains VK SELECT, Prosto Market, Velyka Kyshenya, Velmart, VK Express, and the supermarket chain Green Hills Market in Ukraine.
